Senior Manager Digital Transformation & Product
Location: Sonova (Global)
About the Role
We are seeking aSenior Manager Digital Transformation & Product to shape and execute Sonovas global digital strategy. Youll lead transformation initiatives across web CRM/ERP and digital platforms ensuring alignment with business goals and customer needs.
What Youll Do
Lead cross-functional teams in delivering global digital programs.
Own product lifecycle from roadmap to delivery and scaling.
Translate strategy into delivery plans managing risks and stakeholders.
Champion customer-first design informed by data and insights.
Drive adoption of agile delivery digital operations and product management.
Influence senior leaders and manage vendor partnerships
What Were Looking For
Bachelors/Masters in Computer Science IT Digital Marketing or Business.
Proven experience leading large-scale digital transformation.
Strong background in product strategy agile delivery and innovation.
Excellent stakeholder management across regions and functions.
Fluent in English.
