SAP Security Manager

Johnson Controls Inc. seeks SAP Security Manager at its facility located at 5757 N Green Bay Ave Milwaukee Wisconsin 53209.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Ensure problem resolution and support user security of JCI Enterprise SAP templates including S4/HANA Fiori BW4HANA GRC ECC MDG Solution Manager SLT and PI. Provide a framework and templates to gather and analyze security configuration requirements build the architecture support key technical strategies monitor user access license consumption and SOX compliance support that includes making use of industry best standards from a security design perspective. Work on security implementation for small to large sized projects including S4 transformation deployment projects. Work on a team engaging in technical exploration innovation and helping introduce industry relevant best practices. Assist with ongoing maintenance of configuration within SAP GRC application. Monitor and help remediate SoD conflicts. Provide detailed estimates for security activities in implementation and rollout projects. Understand SOX audit requirements and enforcement. Play a role in establishing and maintaining quality internal and external communications to include deliverables the technical content of reports proposals etc. Demonstrate knowledge of the industry or functional specialty ability to implement security solutions for SAP landscape. Demonstrate ability to document and deliver end to end security strategies for a client. Work on other flavors of SAP security like SAP GRC SAP Cloud Solutions SAP Solution Manager SAP BW SAP HCM ARIBA. Monitor Project economics cross charges billings etc. Analyze the current inflow of issues and address the long-term remediation plan and sustained solutions. Analyze pain areas and evaluate technical and process wise improvements. Innovate new security solutions for the new technologies in SAP security like SAC BTP SCC ARIBA. Share SAP Security best practices and experience among the team for awareness and technology adoption. Create independently written deliverables and participate in presentations. Analyze end user issues related to access and provide long term solutions. Analyze complex SAP security scenarios and show latitude in decision making independently. No Telecommuting Allowed.

REQUIREMENTS:

This position requires a bachelors degree or foreign equivalent in Information Technology Computer Engineering or a related field. Plus Five (5) years of experience as a Technology Architect SAP Specialist or related occupation involving SAP security. Additionally the applicant must have employment experience with: (1) Implementing and supporting SAP S/4 HANA and Fiori security; (2) Maintaining SOX governance and compliance; (3) GRC solutions and roles administration across multiple SAP applications and landscapes; (4) BTP and SAC Security; (5) MDG and BW Security support & upgrade; (6) Experience in handling and managing AMS & DevOps security.
