Job Summary
- Strong expertise in data modelling and/or database design with a focus on data engineering use cases.
- Experience with NoSQL schemas such as JSON schema.
- Proficiency in working with large-scale complex datasets.
- Knowledge of bitemporal data warehousing concepts and data modelling techniques with an understanding of relational databases and SQL.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills with a focus on bridging the gap between technical and non-technical audiences.
- Experience with data modelling tools such as Erwin Data Modeler would be highly valued.
Cross-Skills:
- Hands-on experience with Python programming for data-related tasks and automation.
- Knowledge of version control systems particularly Git and platforms like BitBucket.
- Experience writing SQL for data profiling purposes to enable evidence-based design decisions.
