Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Performance Test Engineer to lead and execute performance testing initiatives for Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP and CRM systems. The ideal candidate will ensure that our enterprise applications meet scalability reliability and responsiveness standards under various load conditions.

Responsibilities:

Performance Testing Strategy & Planning

Develop and implement performance testing strategies tailored to Dynamics 365 ERP and CRM modules.

Define realistic user scenarios including peak and normal load conditions.

Collaborate with stakeholders to identify critical business processes and performance goals.

Test Design & Execution

Design and execute load stress and scalability tests using tools like JMeter LoadRunner Azure Load Testing or PerfSDK.

Simulate real-world usage patterns including multi-user concurrency and data-intensive operations.

Automate performance test scripts and integrate them into CI/CD pipelines.

Monitoring & Analysis

Monitor system metrics (CPU memory DB queries) during test execution.

Analyze test results to identify bottlenecks latency issues and scalability limitations.

Provide actionable insights and recommendations to development and infrastructure teams.

Reporting & Documentation

Document test plans scenarios execution results and performance benchmarks.

Present findings to technical and business stakeholders with clear impact analysis.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Computer Science Engineering or related field.

3 years of experience in performance testing preferably with ERP/CRM systems.

Hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 (Finance Supply Chain Customer Engagement).

Proficiency in performance testing tools (JMeter LoadRunner PerfSDK Azure Load Testing).

Strong understanding of web technologies APIs and SQL/database performance.

Familiarity with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices.

Preferred Skills:

Experience with Dynamics 365 customization and integrations.

Knowledge of cloud infrastructure (Azure) and network conditions simulation.

Experience with test automation frameworks (e.g. Playwright Selenium).
