Job Summary
Job Description:
- Collaborate with customer HR to identify business needs and requirements.
- Work with the team to do the migration plan and provide the data related to business needs.
- Map business needs and system capabilities. Provide system solutions work around to meet business needs.
- Conduct system configuration demos user acceptance testing system integration testing and key user training.
- Mantaining and support to client includes technical advice creating reports data analysis and correction.
- Prepare project deliverable such as : system solution design and user guide.
Qualifications:
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelors Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology Psychology Information Systems or a related field (GPA 3.20).
- At least have 5 years of work experience in implementing and managing HRIS systems.

- Core (Organization Development Personnel Management Employee Life Cycle Workflow)

- Performance management
- Recuitment - Possesses good English language proficiency.
- Proficiency in Mandarin language is a must.
- Ability to work effectively in a team.
- Having excellent interpersonal and teamwork skill.
