Office Manager / Executive Assistant
Description
We have an opportunity for an Office Manager/Executive Assistant to join the team to provide administration organisational support and wider office management tasks to the Partner/Head of Office located in Manchester.
You will have accountability for the smooth running and organisation of the Manchester office working across and liaising with several Lockton business units as well as providing specific task support such as meetings travel entertainment expenses and diaries. Wherever able provide support and solutions to ensure efficient and effective outcomes.
The role will be split approximately 70% office management and 30% executive assistant and can be offered as a part time role (4 days per week) or a full time role.
Candidate Profile
About you
- Previous insurance industry experience is not essential although you must have worked within a corporate / professional services business.
- Ability to communicate effectively and professionally both verbally and in writing
- Ability to manage time prioritise and ensure that deadlines are met
- Ability to apply common sense and pragmatism in problem solving
- Excellent organisational skills and ability to multi-task
- Comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft products (Word Excel Outlook Power Point InDesign) or similar software applications; advanced level in typing and keyboard skills
- Work in support of other team colleagues
