Job Summary
What you will do
Ensure deliveries from converting factory to destination domestic customers
Synchronize ETDs and ETAs over the supply chain to ensure the correct delivery date to customer
Resolve issues that might arise with Logistics service providers (shipping line Port transporter etc.) and customers
Ensure correct and timely reporting of KPIs for all metrics concerning on time in full delivery and the logistics outbound cost.
Support Customer Service and KAMs with logistics related aspects.
Proactively identify improvement opportunities and drive logistics activities for lowest possible total logistics cost and improved service level.
Manage logistics suppliers / contracts (e.g. with transportation companies forwarding agents warehouses) in collaboration with Supplier Management
We believe you have
- Fluent English (both written and oral) is a must
- Experience in Logistics or Supply Chain for at least 3 years
- Experienced in relevant IT platforms (SAP/ power point/ power BI/ excel) is preferred
