We are looking for a highly analytical and detail-oriented Digital Business Analystto join our team. This role is responsible for transforming digital data into insights that drive strategic decisions providing actionable insights to improve ROI across all digital channels. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills business acumen and the ability to communicate complex data in a clear and actionable way.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collect clean and analyze data from various digital sources to supportbusinessdecision-making.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Support Digital Marketing team by translating data into reporting statistical analysis and strategic insights
- Create automated data-driven scalable solutions that enhance performance across Digital Marketing Channels
- Analyzes data identifying trends and patterns to uncover opportunities for growth and efficiency
- Forecasts and/or predicts customer behavior based upon trends research and analysis
- Promote effective and efficient use of data available through CRM Dynamics
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understandbusinessneeds and translate them into data-driven solutions.
- Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and compelling manner.
- Understand and use segmentation data and analysis to develop digital strategies and data modeling tools to achieve business objectives
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration Information Technology or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst preferably in a digital or technology-focused role.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of digital transformation and emerging technologies is a plus.
