Job Summary

Were hiring Facility Coordinators at Best Choice Facility. This role requires a commitment of at least 5-10 hours per week evening and weekend availability a must.
Key Responsibilities:
- Facility Management: Assist with daily operations including opening/closing the facility setting up/taking down sports equipment and maintaining cleanliness.
- Customer Service: Answer questions from athletes families and internal 3STEP brands.
- Safety: Ensure a safe environment and that all required paperwork/waivers are completed.
Expectations:
- Dependability: Be on time and responsible as youre often the first point of contact.
- Reliability: Show up consistently even early to ensure smooth operations.
- Communication: Be proactive and clear in communicating with team members and supervisors.
