大学等でのアカデミックの研究を基礎研究とするならばその技術が使われた製品が世の中に出ていくためにはその後応用開発スケールアップ生産という技術的なステップが必要となります

本インターンシップではアカデミックではあまり経験する機会の少ない生産技術職の実務に携わっていただき企業でのモノづくりへの理解を深めていただけます

応用開発職やスケールアップ職とも一緒に仕事を進めていくためそれらの職種がどのような役割を持っているのかも同時に知っていただくことも可能です

プログラム概要

• 目的 学生が実践的な就業体験を通し自身の具体的な進路について問題意識や目的意識を持てるよう考えを深める機会とし職業意識を育成する
  

• 概要生産技術職は安全製品の品質コスト納期を最適化するための生産プロセスの改善を行います製造現場と連携しながら設備導入や自動化工程改善品質管理などを通じてものづくりの根幹を支えるお仕事です技術と現場力を融合させより効率的で持続可能な生産体制の構築を目指します インターンシップではその一部の実務をご経験いただきます希望がありましたら海外チームと直接関わる機会もございます

• 対象 27春26秋卒の学部修士博士の理系学生学部不問日本語ビジネスレベル以上

  On May 22 2024 we announced a plan to separate our Electronics and Water businesses in a tax-free manner to its shareholders. On January 15 2025 we announced that we are targeting November 1 2025 for the completion of the intended separation of the Electronics business (the Intended Electronics Separation)*. We also announced that we would retain the Water business. We are committed to ensuring a smooth and successful separation process for the Future Electronics business.
