Job Summary
The Japan Graduate Development Programme (GDP) is a competency framework which supports development needs highlights experience gaps enhances knowledge and gains first-hand experience for graduates. The GDP will run for approximately 24 months starting in April 2027.

Graduate Project Manager
To support project management commissions.
To facilitate the implementation of processes to manage time cost safety environment and quality of the project.
To produce project plans.
To coordinate among project team for smooth project execution
To monitor project progress and other performance indicators including preparation of progress reports.
To track control and document changes.
To liaise with the project stakeholders.
To coordinate meetings and draft minutes

プロジェクトのスケジュールコスト安全環境品質などを管理する
プロジェクト計画を作成する
プロジェクトチーム間にコミュニケーションを取り円滑に進めること
プロジェクトの進捗状況やその他のプロジェクトKPIを管理進捗レポートの作成を含む
プロジェクト変更を記録と管理する
プロジェクトのクライアントおよび関わるパーティーと連携を取る
会議を開くことと議事録を作成する
Graduate Cost Manager
To assist in cost management commissions from cost estimates bills of quantities value engineering tendering and evaluation contract knowledge change orders and final account close-out.
To estimate and produce cost plans.
To conduct benchmark & market research
To prepare cost reports.
To liaise with the project stakeholders.

コスト見積りの作成数量拾いバリューエンジニアリング入札と見積もり評価契約管理コスト変更管理出来方確認などの業務
コストプランと見積もりを作成する
ベンチマークと市場研究レポートを作成する
コストレポートを作成する
プロジェクトのクライアントおよび関わるパーティーと連携を取る
Qualifications :
- Graduating from a university (in Japan or overseas) between April 2026 and March 2027
- Degree in architecture construction civil engineering environmental science building services equivalent is preferred but not mandatory
- Team player with excellent leadership and problem solving skills
- Willing to learn new thing including English skills
- Interested in starting their career in Japan
- Proficiency in Japanese

- 建築建設土木工学環境科学建設設備における学士または同等の学位専攻を歓迎必須ではありません
- リーダーシップスキルと問題解決スキルを備えたチームプレーヤー
- 英語スキルを含め新しいことを学ぶ意欲がある
- 日本でキャリアをスタートしたいと考えていること
- 日本語が堪能であること
