Discipline Internal Communications

The opportunity
The position is for the team within EY Brand Marketing and Communications in GDS team and will be aligned to the Communications and Engagement pillar.
This position will work with our stakeholder team to create compelling content for various internal communications deliverables and manage EYs CE channels where relevant.
Your key responsibilities
- Manage multiple stakeholders across geographies and functions.
- Develop and deploy consistent communications plans that reach key internal audiences while allowing for local input customization and integration of messages in appropriate channels.
- Develop and manage communications and engagement programs for EYs multiple people audiences; proactively identify their diverse needs
- Use advanced communication skills to interact effectively with the team and stakeholders to offer strategic and operational solutions.
- Manage and oversee large CE projects from concept through execution and balance multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Have a consulting approach strategic thinking ability to take initiative and willingness to adapt influence and challenge.
- Interact and collaborate with internal teams on multiple projects
- Looks at opportunities to expand the reach of the business to other onshore stakeholders.

- Support EY brand understand implement and strictly adhere to the quality standards and procedures established by EY including verbal and branding guidelines
- Pursue and share best practices within the team
- Engage with key team members to identify their objectives strategies target audiences differentiators and other aspects
- Demonstrate eye for detail and ensure all deliverables are of high quality
To qualify for the role you must have
- Overall 14 years experience and 10 years CE experience
- Graduate Bachelors or masters degree preferably in English literature/Mass communication/Journalism
- Excellent writing ability in English and experience in various forms of writing must be able to produce writing samples in English or complete a writing assignment
- Strong editing and proofreading skills
- Extensive experience in internal communications / corporate communications
- Excellent project management skills
- Strong attention to detail
Ideally youll also have
- Strong experience managing and advising senior stakeholders
- Business acumen to understand the leadership strategy and translate it in the deliverables prepared
- Knowledge skills and abilities concerning global business fundamentals business models ethics competitive analysis and cross-cultural/geographical sensitivities
