Remote WisconsinWhat youll do:
As a Vice President youll responsible for executing the divisions strategic plan in its efforts to meet the Banks annual growth and customer retention targets. Leasing Product expertise and ability to coach Relationship Managers and their customers across the bank will determine success. As well youll be expected to work with Portfolio Management staff to resolve any issues or facility refinancing for our existing customers. Focus of the role will be to support ongoing sales efforts to new and existing customers as a product specialist. Expected to be able to structure and advise clients on various lease structures as well as determine credit worthiness of potential prospects.Leadership of individual sales efforts to grow the Leasing portfolio measured by the ability to support bank wide sales teams portfolio health and management of market dynamics.
Informed of the parameters regarding transaction pitches and negotiation of term sheets. Facilitates the credit structuring development process customer assessment and presentation to senior and divisional loan committees.
Foster strong healthy working relationships in partner departments and support the teams contribution to and compliance with technical processes and requirements risk mitigation efficiency and customer service.
Manage the teams outside network of referral sources vendors and appraisers
What youll need:
Bachelors Degree in related field and 7 years of Lending and/or Deposit Sales Credit Administration or other related financial services experience
Intermediate to advanced knowledge of general banking operations loan administration treasury management and/or other commercial banking products and services.
Intermediate to advanced knowledge of applicable regulatory and legal compliance obligations rules and regulations industry standards and practices.
Intermediate to advanced knowledge of commercial credit and loan structuring pricing dynamics and has market specific awareness.
Strong speaking and writing skills for internal and external audiences
Travel to prospects and Regional Sales teams expected primarily in our Southwest footprint
