For our client a globally successful investment bank we are looking for a Vice President to join their team in Frankfurt. This is an excellent opportunity to develop your career within a global organisation with a strong track record.
Tasks
- Project management of cross-border M&A and ECM transactions
- Advising clients during transactions both in-house and onsite
- Prepare and lead cross-product client pitches (M&A ECM) in collaboration with product experts globally
- Keep abreast of global industry developments M&A equity and debt related issues
- Assess business valuations develop DCF LBO models
- Coordinate and mentor junior team members
Requirements
The position requires a confident individual who is a highly motivated and reliable self-starter; with a strong willingness to learn as well as
- 7-10 years of professional experience in M&A / ECM / Corporate Finance in an investment bank corporate finance or consulting firm
- Strong modelling and analytical skills ability to handle valuation reports using all relevant methodologies
- Ability to train and mentor more junior colleagues
- Fluent in German and English
