Job Summary

The program offers project rotations international assignments (in person or remotely) hands-on experience in your department and formal training from our global network of colleagues. Upon completing the program you will have built strong relationships gained invaluable knowledge and experienced a world of opportunities to help continue your exciting career within our company.
We are looking for recent graduates for our Finance Analyst- Future Talent role that have an innovative mindset problem solving aptitudes with personal drive passion in applying theoretical knowledge into actual challenges strong communication skills and are true team players that enjoy working with people from various cultures.
This position is based in our corporate offices in Denton Texas USA
The program will begin either in February 2026 or July 2026 depending on your graduation date.
Tetra Pak is not currently sponsoring work visas.
What you will do
As a Finance Analyst Future Talent you will develop and learn an understanding and involvement of the business and with customers including the following activities:
- Finance analysis
- Analyze the Budgets and forecasts
- Elaborate book closing analysis
- Prepare monthly financial analysis
- Understand advise and support the business on all finance related matters
- Customer risk assessment / Credit Control
We believe you have
- University recent Graduate BA Finance Accounting or Related Field
- A strong interest in business financial analysis and customer management
- Strong experience in MS Office (Word Power Point and proficiency in Excel)
- Strong interest to learn Power Apps (Power Bi Power Query)
- Strong interest for reporting & process automation
