Job Summary
What we are looking for
We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Data Research Associate to join our this role you will support the team in gathering analyzing and interpreting complex datasets to drive insights and decision-making across various projects. Your work will directly contribute to advancing our understanding of key data trends enhancing research capabilities and ensuring the integrity of the data used in decision-making processes.
Requirements:
- At least 1-2 years of experience in data research
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Attention to detail with the ability to work accurately under tight deadlines
Responsibilities:
- Assist in gathering and compiling relevant datasets from internal and external sources to support research initiatives.
- Conduct data cleaning and validation to ensure accuracy and consistency is maintained across research projects.
- Collaborate with senior researchers to brainstorm and execute data research projects
- Assist in maintaining data quality by conducting regular data audits and performing quality control tasks.
- Provide ad-hoc research support as needed for ongoing or new projects within the data research team.
- Ensure the data is entered correctly and in the expected format
- Note any discrepancies non-conforming data or other issues and escalate it if necessary
