We are looking for a new team member for thePower BI Platform Management Specialistposition at ourABB Operational Center Europe in Ostrava. We are seeking a specialist in Power BI platform administration and development with a focus on monitoring audit mechanisms and deployment tools. The role will also include onboarding Microsoft Fabric.

The ABB Operational Center Europe in Ostrava is part of ABBsProcess Automation Division delivering engineering services for units across Europe and employing over 800 people. It also includes a supply chain management center.

What You Will Do

• Develop tools for managing and monitoring the Power BI platform

• Design and implement audit mechanisms (e.g. access logs change tracking usage monitoring)

• Develop tools for automated deployment of reports and datasets

• Monitor Power BI operations and resolve incidents or performance issues

• Collaborate on the onboarding of Microsoft Fabric

Requirements

• Advanced knowledge of Power BI

• Practical experience with scripting (e.g. PowerShell Python CI/CD pipelines) is an advantage

• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Fabric or willingness to quickly learn new technologies

• Independence attention to detail and a systematic approach
