Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager at L5 level to lead our Greenfield SAP implementation projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing large-scale SAP projects with a focus on Greenfield implementations and extensive experience with SAP Activate methodology.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Leadership: Lead and manage end-to-end Greenfield SAP implementation projects ensuring timely delivery within budget and scope.
Stakeholder Management: Engage with key stakeholders to gather requirements provide updates and ensure alignment with business objectives.
Team Management: Oversee a team of SAP consultants developers and other project staff providing guidance and support.
Risk Management: Identify assess and mitigate project risks to ensure successful project outcomes.
Budget Management: Develop and manage project budgets ensuring cost-effective delivery of project milestones.
Quality Assurance: Ensure the highest standards of quality in project deliverables through rigorous testing and validation processes.
Methodology: Utilize SAP Activate methodology for project planning and execution.
Documentation: Maintain comprehensive project documentation including project plans status reports and post-implementation reviews.
Qualifications:
Experience: 10-15 years of experience in SAP project management with at least 5 years in Greenfield SAP implementation projects.
Education: Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology Business Administration or a related field. A Masters degree is a plus.
Certifications: PMP SAP certification in relevant modules and extensive experience with SAP Activate methodology.
Skills:
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in project management tools and software.
In-depth knowledge of SAP modules and integration points.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in specific industries such as manufacturing retail or finance.
Knowledge of Agile and Scrum methodologies.
Experience with SAP S/4HANA implementations.
