This Position reports to:
Product Manager
Your Role: Own the Challenge
In this role you will support the Motion Sales organization (division and market) and our customers throughout the proposal process. Youll act as a key technical resource in your area preparing technical product descriptions estimating costs and delivering final documentation.
The work model for the role is: Hybrid
This role is contributing to the Motion Business Unit in Mexico.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical advice and solutions to customers channels and Sales Specialists regarding ABB products systems and applications.
- Conduct analytical and diagnostic studies to determine optimal technical solutions and address complex inquiries.
- Develop and maintain new sales opportunities resolve customer issues and support achievement of targets (orders Net Price Variance NPV and Net Promoter Score NPS).
- Ensure budget goals are met including volume targets and profitable growth across assigned product groups and countries.
Qualifications:
- 2 years of experience in sales or technical support for electric motors.
- Strong technical knowledge of electric motors.
- Advanced English (required).
- Willingness to travel.
- Experience in mining cement or metals industries is a plus.
- Familiarity with SAP and Salesforce is desirable.
- Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
