Note this role is based in Sydney or Melbourne therefore we do require the preferred candidate to be based locally in order to be onsite 2 days a week from our CBD office.
The RACP is undertaking a significant transformation program which is designed to enhance member value modernise core systems and build the digital and data capabilities needed to thrive in a changing health and education landscape. The Programs key goals are to significantly improve member satisfaction employee experience and reduce cost to serve.
The Technical Product Owner (PO) sits within the member experience workstream within the program. The role will support the Product Owner (Member Experience) by taking ownership of defining and delivering the roadmap and backlog and working with the implementation team on a day-to-day basis to deliver and eventually operate a new member portal called MyRACP and website.
The role is deliberately intended to blend a traditional Product Owner skillset with that of a Business Analyst and someone with a technical background or technical understanding working with the types of platforms that the College is looking to implement.
Responsibilities:
This role begins in January 2026 and will be a fixed term 2-year contract. We are interviewing during October.
