Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated Senior Litigation/Trial Attorney with 10 years of experience and a strong background in real estate civil and landlord/tenant law to join our dynamic legal team. The ideal candidate will possess extensive litigation experience a proactive mindset and a commitment to delivering outstanding client service. This role offers the opportunity to work on complex cases with a talented team of professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle all aspects of litigation including pleadings discovery motion practice and trial preparation
Draft legal documents such as complaints motions and briefs
Conduct legal research and analyze case law
Attend court hearings mediations depositions and trials
Develop case strategies and advise clients accordingly
Maintain strong client relationships and provide regular case updates

Qualifications:

Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
8 years of litigation experience with a focus on real estate unlawful detainer or landlord/tenant law
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
Ability to manage multiple cases and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Active membership in the California State Bar
