Position Overview:The Project Manager will be responsible for planning procuring executing and overseeing projects to ensure they are completed on time within budget and to the desired standard. The role involves acting as a central point of communication and resource management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage project planning procurement execution and completion.
- Ensure projects are completed on time within budget and meet quality standards.
- Act as the central point of communication for all project-related matters.
- Oversee resource management and allocation.
- Implement construction quality management tools and adhere to quality guidelines (e.g. ASME AWS ACI API ICC NACE).
Qualifications:
- Must possess a Professional License (Passed Board/Bar/Professional License Exam) in Engineering (Civil) Architecture or any Engineering Course with a Masters Degree.
- At least 10 years of working experience with a minimum of 5 years as a Project Manager or Construction Manager preferably in vertical construction and related industries.
- Experience with Civil & Structural Architectural and knowledge of Mechanical Electrical Plumbing/Sanitary & Fire Protection scopes.
- Familiarity with the National Building Code of the Philippines Structural Fire Code of the Philippines Philippine Electrical Code Mechanical Engineering Code NFPA Life Safety Code and International Building Code.
Preferred Skills:
- Strong knowledge of project management processes.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in construction quality management tools and guidelines.
