About the Role

As a Packaging Coordinator you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of packaging material supply addition to managing daily logistics activities you will also take an active role in system maintenance project support and communication with partners.

What You Will Do

• Comprehensive verification of accounts related to packaging materials

• Active involvement in operational tasks related to packaging material supply

• Handling complaints related to packaging materials received from partners

• Ensuring smooth daily operations (tracking packaging material needs ordering)

• Maintenance of SAP settings

• Supporting logistics projects (new project launches relocations inventory structural changes)

• Communication and professional support with internal and external partners

• Active participation in the development and implementation of packaging materials

• Creation of process descriptions and work instructions

What You Need to Be Successful

• Several years of experience in logistics; experience in the automotive industry is an advantage

• Knowledge in packaging technology and plastics industry is an advantage

• Logistics knowledge

• ERP knowledge (SAP is an advantage)

• Active intermediate level of English both written and spoken

• Proficiency in MS Office at an intermediate level

• Flexibility precision creative thinking

• Category B driving license is an advantage

Bonus Points if You Have

• Category B driving license is an advantage

• Willingness to travel as needed (occasionally) to Harman locations within Hungary
