- Flat rate hourly wage $25.00-$32.00/ hour depending on experience

Responsibilities:
- Prepare vehicle windows for tint application by cleaning and prepping surfaces.
- Cut and apply window film to automotive glass using pre-cut kits or hand-cut methods.
- Use heat guns squeegees and specialized tools to install tint without bubbles or defects.
- Inspect completed work for quality and make necessary adjustments.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of work area and tools.
- Communicate with service writers or customers when necessary to clarify job expectations.
- Follow all company safety policies and industry best practices.
- Keep up-to-date with tint laws and regulations in your area.
- Occasionally assist with paint protection film (PPF) or vinyl wrap installations (optional based on experience).
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to stand walk and perform physically demanding tasks for extended periods.
- Lift and carry heavy objects (up to 50 pounds) safely and efficiently.
- Flexibility to work in various positions such as kneeling bending and reaching.
- Manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination required for precise tint installation
- Ability to operate various tools and equipment required
- Strong attention to detail and focus to ensure accuracy and safety.
- Ability to work in various weather conditions including exposure to heat cold and noise.
