The Role

The Analyst Operations Solutions and Support will support initiatives and analytics that assist the NAMER Franchise Operations teams in overseeing and planning their business activity. The Analyst will support the delivery of data and analytics capabilities to the operations teams will drive data-based insights and quantitative analysis geared towards driving action. This position works closely with Quality Assurance but also supports Field Operations Brand Standards and PIP teams to create reporting that helps achieve operational goals.

What youll do

  • Create support and enhance the QA reporting efforts that assist Franchise Operations in managing day to day business; ensure reporting is clear timely accurate and accessible.
  • Develop insights recommendations and identify best practices using analytics on performance driven operations quality and brand initiatives. Be point person for Brand Leaders and collaborate on all operational reporting efforts to proactively create and maintain analytics to drive day to day operations.
  • Maintain the partnerships of our WH&R Business Intelligence teams in support of our Salesforce business tool and Birst reporting. Become the liaison and SME between Operations and Salesforce.
  • Maintain the partnerships of our WH&R Finance and Sourcing teams with the goal of operationalizing vendor/purchasing details to better prepare our Franchise Operations groups to support our franchisees.
  • Conduct various analysis based on Franchise Operations and Quality and other senior WH&R leader needs.

The Analyst Operations Solutions and Support will be required to demonstrate the fundamentals of the companys Count on Me! Service culture to be responsive respectful and deliver a great experience.

Required Qualifications/Experience

  • Bachelors Degree in a relevant field of work (Business Mathematics/Applied Statistics Economics Finance preferred) or closely related field.
  • Advanced Excel skills required; experience with Salesforce Lightning a plus.
  • Proficiency in data analysis data visualization and usage of business intelligence tools.
  • Minimum 3 years hospitality related financial or analytical experience preferred.
  • Hands-on experience with delivering insights and stories from data.

Compensation & Benefits

For U.S. based positions only the expected pay range for this position is $72000-$77000annually.

Wyndham Hotels & Resorts carefully considers a wide range of factors when determining compensation such as work location background experience and performance. Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case.

In addition to the base pay this role is eligible to receive an incentive payment pursuant to the Annual Incentive Plan with a 10% annual target subject to the terms of the Plan.
