Job Summary

Position Title: RN - Medical/Surgical - Telemetry
Location: Hyannis MA
Job Type: Contract Local or Travel
Pay Range: $2340 - $2448 Weekly
Shift: Night (3 x 12-hour shifts per week)
Hours: Night shift
Schedule: Rotating weekends and holidays; schedule provided weeks in advance
Mileage reimbursement provided for inter-site travel

Job Summary:

Navitas Healthcare LLC is seeking RN - Medical/Surgical - Telemetryfor an exciting Travel or Local job in Hyannis MA.

Responsibilities:

Deliver compassionate evidence-based care to adult patients with medical and post-surgical conditions requiring telemetry monitoring.
Monitor interpret and document cardiac rhythms responding appropriately to changes.
Administer medications perform treatments and assist with diagnostic procedures as prescribed.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members including physicians case managers and ancillary staff.
Educate patients and families on treatment plans procedures and discharge instructions.
Accurately document patient assessments care plans interventions and outcomes.
Float between assigned facilities based on staffing needs.

Requirements:

Active RN license in Massachusetts (or eligible for compact license).
Minimum of 2 years recent experience in a Medical/Surgical Telemetry setting.
Prior travel nursing experience required.
BLS and ACLS certifications (American Heart Association).
Strong cardiac rhythm interpretation skills.
Excellent communication time management and problem-solving skills.
