CA - IrvineWhat youll do:
As a Loan Officer - Inside youll be responsible for assisting clients in the loan application process providing expert advice on loan products and ensuring seamless transactions from start to finish. Youll build rapport analyze financial situations and determine the appropriate loan product to meet our clients goals.- Speak with borrowers to assess their loan requirements. Consult with clients on loan options that are best suited for their needs; clearly present benefits and options.
- Be the go-to person for the borrower throughout the loan application process. Ensure a seamless and smooth process for the client by building a strong partnership with the operations team.
- Utilize technology to multitask and manage a large pipeline. Assist borrowers with purchase transactions by utilizing our nationwide realtor referral network.
- Maintain pre-established daily weekly and monthly KPIs (Key performance indicators). Assist with other tasks as requested by managers management and leadership team.
What youll need:
- 2 years of related experience in Consumer Lending Sales or similar field.
- High school diploma required.
- Intermediate knowledge of residential mortgage industry in Correspondent or Retail Lending; including sales operations capital markets and/or other residential mortgage products and services.
- Intermediate knowledge of applicable regulatory and legal compliance obligations rules and regulations industry standards and practices.
- Intermediate computer skills including Encompass (LOS) Velocify (CRM) and MS Office products.
- Advanced speaking and writing communication skills.
