Technical Skills

A comprehensive skill set in the holistic management of construction projects including but not limited to

• Health & Safety Standards
• Budgeting
• Planning
• Administration interpreting construction drawings
• Team coordination
• Identifying and developing innovative ways to increase efficiencies and improve productivity
• Developing and maintaining close relationships with all stakeholders
• Ensure compliance with legal requirements building and safety codes

Must have the following minimum requirements:

Minimum Academic Qualification

NQF6 in Building / Construction at a credible institute

20 years of experience in Building Construction Projects

Work Experience

At least 20 years Site construction experience with 5 years of that in a Senior Construction Management / General Foreman role. We are looking for a candidate that have typically worked for one of the large construction companies with building of Data Centres.

Software Proficiency

• Microsoft Office Suite (Excel Word etc)

Other Requirements:

Valid Code 08 Drivers Licence

Willingness to travel and work away from home as required by project demands
