Job Summary
Are you a strategic sales leader who builds growth We are hiring a Sales & Account Director to drive revenue and manage key client relationships for a leading retail media network. This role is critical for unlocking business opportunities leading a high-performing sales team and serving as a trusted advisor to senior client stakeholders. You will be responsible for strategic account planning forecasting and converting a large pipeline of FMCG and non-endemic suppliers into successful long-term partners.
Build and maintain strong trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders acting as their primary point of contact
Develop and deliver strategic account plans to ensure growth repeat business and client satisfaction
Lead mentor and manage a team of Account Managers and Executives fostering a collaborative and high-performing culture
Identify and convert new revenue opportunities using market insight to build a strong pipeline and deliver accurate forecasting
Collaborate with internal teams (Insights Operations) to ensure campaign planning and execution meet client KPIs
Skills & Experience (Not negotiable):
Significant experience in account management/sales roles with a proven track record of managing a sales pipeline within retail marketing or media
Experience managing and leading a sales team
Anunderstanding of marketing theory and media planning with the ability to interpret campaign performance reports
Exceptional ability to build rapport and trust with brands and clients
A degree-level qualification
