Duties & Responsibilities
Work Experience
At least 15 years Site Foreman experience with 7-10 years of that in a senior role.
Technical Skills
A comprehensive skill set in the holistic management of construction projects including but not limited to
- Sound construction knowledge
- Team coordination
- Planning
- Strong Communication Skills
- Time Management and work
- Skill Management
- Adaptability
- Conflict Resolution
- Critical Thinking
- Ensure compliance with legal requirements building and safety codes
Experience in concrete and building works with high-end quality along with wet trades and setting out of works is a requirement
Other Requirements:
Valid Code 08 Drivers Licence
Willingness to travel and work away from home as required by project demands
Ideal Candidate:

Self-motivated and able to work independently or within a team.
Excellent time management and organisational abilities.
Passion for construction and continuous learning.
Ability to adapt to the ever-changing environment on-site
Desired Experience & Qualification
Must have the following minimum requirements:
Must have worked for a large construction company in the required role.
