About this role:

Wells Fargo has committed to hire military spouses/domestic partners of actively serving military personnel and is seeking a Business Accountability Specialist in the Secure Network Service Management organization. To perform analysis review data files create reporting and supporting Vendor Management Major Incident Problem and/or Change management functions for the organization. The candidate will need to have the ability to create documentation processes and programs to ensure quality standards are met relevant controls are followed and executed and deficiencies are identified and addressed.

The Homefront Heroes Hiring (HHH) Program is designed to attract and hire spouses and domestic partners of actively serving military personnel to career opportunities through a military spouse-specific virtual hiring event and onboarding program.

In this role you will:

  • Lead or participate in providing technology initiatives for simple to moderately complex business problems within technology business systems.
  • Contribute to the development of systems and procedures that are both cost effective and meet the relevant business requirements.
  • Evaluate moderately complex business operational or technical challenges that require an in-depth evaluation of planning and direction conducted to resolve complex business problems.
  • Partner with business and technology teams to evaluate moderately complex business problems and lead a team to provide comprehensive technological solutions.
  • Act as an internal consultant within technology and business groups by using quality tools and process definition or improvement to re-engineer technical processes.
  • Collaborate and consult with business and technology teams to evaluate and resolve issues to provide technological solutions and manage both project schedules and deliverables.
  • Coordinate communication and information flow between business and technology teams
  • Act as an individual contributor to perform data quality review and trend analysis.
  • Become fluent in all Wells Fargo policies and tools.
  • Provide weekly/monthly/quarterly metrics and reporting.


Required Qualifications US:

  • 2 years of risk management business controls quality assurance business operations compliance or process experience or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience training military experience education
  • 2 years of Service Management Experience in ITIL disciplines (Vendor/Major Incident/Problem/Change Management) or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience training military experience education.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
  • Problem solver. Able to consistently make excellent decisions through a combination of data analysis judgment and experience including the ability to anticipate future consequences and trends and incorporate them into the organizational plan.
  • 2 years data analytics experience. Skilled at analyzing data sets drawing out conclusions and trends and communicating those trends to broader audiences.
  • 2 years technical experience with Network/Security devices Service Management experience. Bonus: Certifications like ITIL v4.
  • Excellent verbal written and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Ability to interact with all levels of an organization.
  • Ability to quickly establish credibility to build and maintain effective working relationships.
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and across all organizational levels where flexibility collaboration and adaptability are important.
  • Ability to execute in a fast paced high demand environment while balancing multiple priorities.
  • Ability to meet stringent deadlines and facilitate meetings or present information to an audience.
  • Experience utilizing ServiceNow Change Problem Incident and Reporting modules.
  • Ability to produce a copy of military orders including applicant name.


Job Expectations:

  • HHH Program Hires are expected to attend and participate in the Military Spouse Homefront Heroes Orientation and Onboarding Experience.
  • Ability to work on-site at approved location listed
  • This position is not eligible for Visa sponsorship
