As part of our Automation & Process Control team youll be joining a group responsible for integrated automation system (IAS) deliveries for vessels in the Offshore and Merchant segments. Our expertise spans power and energy management systems main engine control systems LPG carriers process control systems and alternative fuel supply systems. We seek a proactive and skilled Group Manager to lead one of our Automation Departments at the Site Bekkajordet Horten. Youll guide your team in delivering top-notch solutions for marine and offshore systems from engineering and configuration to testing commissioning and sea trials. The Department has a special focus (Centre of Excellence) on delivering System Test capabilities to our projects.

- Prepare for and plan resources to various project stages including tests and verifications
- Provide technical support to other departments as needed
- Provide System test capabilities to other departments as needed
- Contribute to the successful implementation of the next generation of our automation system
We think you should have
- Bachelors degree or higher in automation software application / engineering relevant experience in System Testing or another related field
- Proven experience with automation systems or marine equipment and control systems
- A desire to take on leadership responsibilities
- Strong communication skills fluent in English
- Two to five years of relevant technical experience
