The role

Were seeking a detail-oriented professional to support our waterfront tenure operations. If youre someone who thrives on keeping records in order solving tenure-related challenges and ensuring land information is accurate and up to date wed love to hear from you!

As a valued member of our team you will:

  • Support the smooth operation of our unit by managing records and preparing clear professional correspondence.
  • Act as a key point of contact for colleagues and clients on waterfront tenure matters.
  • Use a range of systems and tools to deliver accurate timely land information that supports informed decision-making.
  • Maintain high standards in record management and ensure land data is accurate current and well-organised.

What were looking for:

  • Able to manage competing priorities with a solid interest in land and tenure processes.
  • Communicates clearly and confidently making complex information easy to understand.
  • Comfortable using digital tools with a keen eye for detail and a practical approach to solving problems.
  • Organised and thorough with a focus on keeping records accurate and easy to access.
