Substitute School Bus Driver (Amargosa Beatty Pahrump Round Mountain & Tonopah Areas)

On-call
Funding Source: General Fund
Hourly Rate: $20.10 per hour

Job Goal:

To provide safe and efficient transportation for District students. During the time the prospective substitute is in training to obtain the NV Class B CDL with passenger endorsement and NV Dept. of Education endorsement NCSD will pay the hourly rate of $20.10. Total training time for class and driving is 40 addition NCSD will reimburse prospective substitutes for the cost of the license application fees and the physical exchange for the above the prospective substitute bus driver will sign a contract agreeing to provide substitute bus driving services to NCSD for the period of 24 months. Substitute positions may become full-time depending upon need.
