Seeking Advanced Systems Engineers to work as members of a cross-functional team responsible for defining developing and sustaining enhancements to a live communication system. We provide warfighters with a familiar cellular phone-like service allowing forces on the ground to communicate directly with others at higher levels of quality and much greater capacity than available through the current system.

Requirements and Qualifications

US Citizenship is Required

Requires a Bachelors degree in Systems Engineering or a related Science Engineering or Mathematics field. Also requires 5-8 years of job-related experience or a Masters degree plus 3-6 years of job-related experience.
Experience with 3G/5G communication systems core networking and model based systems engineering (MBSE).
Success leading the systems development life cycle with strong proficiency with requirements management and system modeling tools
Strong telephony background and experience
Experience with ground communication systems
Strong understanding of core networking
Strong presentation and communications skills with experience in the art of negotiation and the ability to meet challenging customer requirements with win-win solutions

Strong communication skills with ability to write technical papers and proposals
