The Director of Finance will serve as a member or the hospital executive leadership team reporting to the VP of Finance Operations the Finance Director oversees the financial operations of the hospital entity. This role provides strategic leadership in financial planning/forecasting capital planning budgeting financial reporting as well as ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements within a highly matrixed organization.

Lead and oversee all financial functions including budgeting planning reporting forecasting and regulatory compliance.
Manage the preparation and presentation of monthly quarterly and annual financial statements.
Partner with executive leadership to provide financial insights that support decision-making and drive organizational growth.
Advise on the financial feasibility of new programs and business development opportunities.
Lead initiatives aimed at improving operational efficiency across financial processes.
Monitor daily operating results to ensure revenues expenses and labor remain within performance targets.
Supervise and mentor the finance team fostering a collaborative high-performance culture.
