Role Summary:
Responsible for managing the commercial and contractual aspectsof institutional and project business. The role involves end-to-end monitoring of customer contracts project billing payment tracking and credit control ensuring compliance with agreed commercial terms during project execution.

Key Responsibilities:

Executive contracts and commercial documentationfor institutional and project customers.
Track project billing collections and receivablesin coordination with Finance and Project teams.
Ensure timely reconciliationof customer accounts and adherence to payment schedules.
Support Sales and Project teams in commercial negotiationsand contract compliance.
Analyze commercial datato identify trends risks and opportunities for process improvement.
Maintain credit controland assist in dispute resolution related to project payments.

Candidate Profile:

ICWA MBA (Finance) or equivalent qualification with strong understanding of project commercials contracts and credit control.

Excellent communication negotiation and analytical skills.
Experience : 4-8 years in project-based industriessuch as building materials construction EPC or manufacturing preferred.
Salary: 6-7LPA
