What youll do
Supervise and lead by example to uphold safety and GMP standards
Oversee preventive predictive and reactive maintenance of production equipment
Develop and implement strategies to enhance operations and reduce costs
Analyze KPIs and work orders to prioritize repairs and improvements
Coordinate with teams to build proactive maintenance schedules and maintain compliance
What youll need...
Two (2) years supervisory experience required with demonstrated strong leadership and management skills
High School Diploma or GED
Three (3) years of experience in maintenance and reliability
Previous plant production software experience
Experienced in reading and interpreting schematics blueprints and electrical drawings
Ability to utilize and train employees on technology processes and procedures
