This role serves as the primary troubleshooter for complex technical issues. It serves as the primary point of contact for coordinating with the clients technical teams ensuring the quality efficiency and safety of all repair operations across a wide range of heavy equipment. Responsibilities
Repair & Diagnostic Duties - Troubleshoot and resolve complex hydraulic electrical and mechanical issues
- Perform hands-on repair work when necessary to support the team
- Read and interpret technical schematics hydraulic diagrams and machine manuals
- Maintain high repair standards and ensure compliance with manufacturer specifications
- Document and report recurring technical issues to the Technical Manager
Leadership & Coordination Duties - Lead and support the daily operations of the repair team; conduct daily team huddles
- Assign tasks and monitor progress to ensure deadlines KPIs and quality standards are met
- Coordinate with the clients technical teams for issue resolution and technical updates
- Train and mentor technicians to improve skills and performance
- Enforce safety and quality policies across all repair activities
All this is always carried out in accordance with our companys quality environmental and health policies. Qualifications - Proven experience in diagnosing and repairing complex machinery
- Strong hydraulics electronics and mechanical knowledge
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics
- Leadership experience in a technical or mechanical team environment
- Excellent organizational problem-solving and communication skills
- Familiarity with safety protocols and quality assurance standards
Compensation - Hourly range: $32.00 $35.00 per hour (non-exempt overtime eligible)
