Job Summary
Job Description Summary
Responsible for supervising and supporting environmental services staff in maintaining campus facilities to Association of Physical Plant Administrators ( APPA ) standards. Provides leadership to ensure a safe clean and well-maintained environment for students staff and visitors.
Minimum Qualifications
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE High School diploma GED or equivalent. Three years of related experience or required course work/certification and or specialized skills/training. Custodial or environmental services certification preferred (not housekeeping). Supervisory experience and hands-on custodial experience in commercial settings educational preferred.
