To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth were looking to add a WMS System Analyst located in Guadalajara North Campus
Reporting to the IT Project Manager the WMS System Analyst role involves responsible for exploring planning conducting and overseeing the analysis of complex business problems to be solved with automated and standardized leading-edge solutions and system implementations to overcome organizational challenges
What a typical day looks like:
- Determine necessary system enhancements according to customer needs managing their correct implementation.
- Support the implementation of customer projects.
- Analyze new requirements.
- Define requirements specifications to define methods and procedures related to new assignments.
- Write functional and technical specifications for developers related to warehousing and shipping processes (ERP WHS modules / WMS).
- Work together and coordinate with stakeholders
- Taking care of migration improvement and implementation projects in the IT environment.
- You will visit different company sites in the Americas region (Availability for business trips - up to 50% around).
The experience were looking to add to our team:
- Bachelors Degree in Electronic Systems Engineering or related field.
- Jr or mid experience in a similar position.
- Desirable Supply Chain Management knowledge.
- Experience working on complex issues involving analysis of situations or data.
- Strong knowledge and understanding of systems in the fields of ERP TMS WMS (e.g. Infor LN Baan Red Prairie Atlas SAP)
- Fluent English.
- Knowledge in SQL programming.
- Availability to Travel (50% approx. Mexico and the US mainly).
