The Construction Quality Coordinator will be responsible for providing support to our Project Teams to ensure compliance with the Quality Management System throughout the construction phase.
Professional & Technical
- Coordinating the implementation of project quality processes and procedures with our project teams
- Conducting project quality audits for compliance with ISO 9001:2015 and the Quality Management System
- Promoting a culture of continuous improvement amongst project teams
- Reviewing effectiveness of site quality control and assurance processes and procedures
- Monitoring the closeout of issues and defects
- Analyzing trends in project quality statistics
- Maintaining and updating project quality documentation
- Updating and issuing weekly project quality reports
- Conducting Quality Management System Training for project teams
- Maintaining a professional image for the company in all dealings with public and stakeholders
- Other ad hoc duties that the Company may require from time to time

Requirements
- Third level qualification in a technical discipline - Construction/Architectural Technology/Building Surveying or other related area
- Knowledge and experience of working with Quality Management Systems and ISO 9001:2015
- Relevant experience with digital construction documentation management
- Must have strong understanding and experience of construction detailing in particular in residential builds
- Experience in timber frame construction is a distinct advantage
- Proficient across the full MS Office suite
- Strong understanding of construction sequence of works
- You must possess a full valid drivers license
