The Construction Quality Coordinator will be responsible for providing support to our Project Teams to ensure compliance with the Quality Management System throughout the construction phase.

Professional & Technical

  • Coordinating the implementation of project quality processes and procedures with our project teams
  • Conducting project quality audits for compliance with ISO 9001:2015 and the Quality Management System
  • Promoting a culture of continuous improvement amongst project teams
  • Reviewing effectiveness of site quality control and assurance processes and procedures
  • Monitoring the closeout of issues and defects
  • Analyzing trends in project quality statistics
  • Maintaining and updating project quality documentation
  • Updating and issuing weekly project quality reports
  • Conducting Quality Management System Training for project teams
  • Maintaining a professional image for the company in all dealings with public and stakeholders
  • Other ad hoc duties that the Company may require from time to time

Requirements
  • Third level qualification in a technical discipline - Construction/Architectural Technology/Building Surveying or other related area
  • Knowledge and experience of working with Quality Management Systems and ISO 9001:2015
  • Relevant experience with digital construction documentation management
  • Must have strong understanding and experience of construction detailing in particular in residential builds
  • Experience in timber frame construction is a distinct advantage
  • Proficient across the full MS Office suite
  • Strong understanding of construction sequence of works
  • You must possess a full valid drivers license
