Leasing Coordinator, Commercial (Vancouver)

You will

• Collaborate with and take direction from contract managers and leasing managers as required
• Summarize and maintain business and financial terms from lease agreements to relevant teams within Anthem via completion of abstracts (essentially data entry of lease particulars)

• Assist the finance team with drafting and obtaining estoppels from tenants in order to meet financing requirements
• On-board newly acquired Income Producing Properties by completing lease reviews and summarizing critical lease clauses
• Organize the electronic tenant files as needed
• Conduct and review various due diligence searches surrounding financial backgrounds of tenants as well as BC online searches and land title searches
• Oversee payment of broker commission invoices
• Draft and finalize short-term leases license agreements and ancillary documents (such as lease extensions assignments and early termination agreements)

You have

• A minimum of 2 years experience reviewing and working with leases (including ancillary documents) and document management
• Experience with lease abstracting required
• Strong verbal and written communication skills

• Advanced level MS Office

• A strong work ethic and drive to complete tasks quickly and correctly

Salary range: $55k - $65k depending on experience
