Job Summary

Lead with Purpose as Our Contact Centre Sales Manager.

As our Contact Centre Sales Manager youll lead a dynamic multi-channel sales operation that includes Inbound Member Onboarding Specialised Sales (Life Solutions Webchat OVHC) and RT Health Sales & Retention.

About the job

In this senior leadership position youll be responsible for implementing strategies to exceed sales and retention targets driving initiatives that enhance member satisfaction and fostering a high-performance culture through coaching and development. Youll focus on operational effectiveness leading change improving efficiencies and providing insights for continuous improvement while ensuring all activities align with our Member Growth strategy. Managing budgets overseeing financial and risk reporting and ensuring compliance with regulatory obligations are key aspects of this role. Youll also support Team Leaders through regular coaching and performance reviews succession planning engagement initiatives and a strong commitment to work health and safety. Your leadership will be instrumental in delivering excellent member experiences and supporting the ongoing success of HCFs Contact Centre Sales teams.

  • Youre a dynamic and energetic leader with a passion for building high-performing sales-driven teams.
  • Youve successfully created strong team cultures with high engagement results your people feel supported motivated and accountable.
  • You bring proven experience in managing Team Leaders and Managers in a contact centre environment with a hands-on approach to day-to-day leadership.
  • You know how to set clear expectations hold people accountable and drive performance while keeping the team culture vibrant and fun.
  • Youre commercially minded with a strong focus on achieving sales targets
  • You have excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills and youre comfortable reporting on performance risk and financials.
  • Youre committed to continuous improvement compliance and delivering exceptional member experiences.
