The Lead Medical Assistant performs office and patient-oriented procedures and services under the supervision of the Nursing Supervisor and Manager in the medical office setting. Must have proven ability to consistently exercise independent judgment to provide appropriate assistance to specialty departments in maintaining and improving workflow. Also provides back up support to the Nursing Supervisor and Manager including allocation of personnel and resources as well as back-office support within the medical office setting to maximize efficient and effective operations and workflow.

- Strong clinical skills.
