- Previous experience planning and executing events
- Strong experience with MS Office
- Experience with common marketing tools and platforms such as CRM email marketing and social media management software (salesforce and campaign monitor plus)
Skills & Competencies: - Confident charismatic communicator; comfortable engaging clients one-on-one or in groups.
- Naturally persuasive and personable able to build rapport quickly.
- Highly organized with sharp attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication.
- Creative self-motivated and able to work independently.
- Strong relationship-building skills; adept at keeping clients engaged.
- Passion for building a long-term career in the financial industry.
Position Responsibilities: - Plan and execute creative campaigns to engage and grow quality leads (email direct mail phone outreach).
- Connect directly with leads to build relationships and move them through the pipeline.
- Coordinate seminars client events and networking opportunities.
- Manage day-to-day marketing activities including social media content creation and vendor coordination.
- Create and execute email and direct mail campaigns to engage prospects and clients.
- Collaborate with third-party marketing vendors to ensure all materials reflect the companys brand and mission.
- Write schedule and manage content across multichannel platforms including social media blogs and newsletters.
- Oversee social media activities responding to messages and managing online appointment software.
- Gather data track performance and report results.
- Assemble marketing assets gifts and literature packets and maintain inventory.
- Collaborate with the team to develop new marketing ideas and initiatives.
- Communicate regularly with the Director to ensure marketing efforts drive results.
Salary: - $70k - $80k/year based on experience

Hours: - In office: Monday Friday 9:00am 5:00pm to start. Office-wide flex schedule available after 6 months.
