Job Summary

Van Driver-Clark County
BHR/Primary Care
FT up to 40 hours per week
MHS is looking for a van driver based out of Clark County to assist in transporting clients to appointments at both the main building and BHR. Hours are typically during normal business hours (7:30AM-5PM) Monday-Friday. You are responsible for transporting patients to and from the Main building for out-patient and group therapy services dr. appointments. etc. MHS provides the vehicle for these services.
Qualified Applicants must have the following:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Current active Ohio drivers license and ability to be insuredunder the MHS liability insurance
  • CPR/First Aid/NVCI (Provided at new hire orientation)
MHS provides CPR/First Aid and NVCI (CPI Blue) for all new staff along with on-going education and on-the-job training opportunities.
All MHS candidates are required to have an Ohio BCI check (FBI check required if you have lived in Ohio for less than 5 years or for working with children) 5-panel drug screen and residential candidates must have a 2 step TB (or proof of prior TB) upon conditional offer of employment.
