- Partner with leadership to plan research and execute company initiatives.
- Manage due diligence processes and track progress for multiple projects.
- Coordinate scheduling across multiple executive calendars.
- Lead office setup and transition logistics including ordering supplies and equipment.
- Maintain organized records and documentation for projects vendors and contracts.
- Troubleshoot hurdles roadblocks and urgent last-minute needs with efficiency.
- Travel throughout the Carolinas to support projects office launches and events.
- Provide a professional calm and solutions-driven presence at all times.
- Proven ability to self-start prioritize and execute in a dynamic environment.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication skills able to work with leadership vendors and agents.

- Prior experience in real estate operations or a similar fast-paced industry is a plus.
