Job Summary
StandardAero is seeking an experienced Site Security Manager to oversee and manage all aspects of security at our F135 MRO&U facilities at Woensdrecht Air Base.
What are your key responsibilities
The Site Security Manager is responsible for ensuring the safety and protection of employees facilities and assets while maintaining compliance with Dutch Ministry of Defense (MoD) U.S. Government and StandardAero security this role you will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders including MoD Pratt & Whitney and base security authorities to ensure adherence to security and incident response protocols.
Who are you
You are flexible independent proactive and both service- and results-oriented. You also bring the following skills requirements and experience:
Dutch nationality (mandatory) and eligible for the highest security clearance.
Strong communication skills in English (B2/C1) and Dutch.
Experience with access control intrusion detection and CCTV systems.
Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems (Citrix SAP etc.).
Military or aerospace background and ITAR knowledge are a plus.
