Were Hiring IB Behavioural Counselor
Location: Hyderabad Telangana
We are looking for an experienced and empathetic IB Behavioural Counselor to join our IB school community.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide one-on-one and group counseling to support students emotional social and academic well-being.
- Design and implement behavioral support programs aligned with IB philosophy.
- Collaborate with teachers and parents for holistic student development.
- Conduct awareness sessions on mental health stress management and life skills.
- Create a safe confidential and supportive environment for students.
Requirements:
- Masters degree in Psychology / Counseling or related field.
- IB Category 1 Certification Mandatory.
- Prior experience as a counselor in IB/International schools preferred.
- Excellent communication interpersonal and mentoring skills.
